The First Official Date: A weekend getaway in cold Manhattan – they both flew in.  He came from England, she arrived from Florida. 

How He Proposed: He whisked her away to the Mandarin Oriental in Miami for her birthday.  After returning from dinner, Erika came upon a hotel room filled with candles, rose petals, and champagne and Liam on one knee.

Their Favorite Pastime: Traveling to exotic places and enjoying conversation during dinners on the town

She Loves His: Wonderful heart and kind nature

He Adores Her: Understanding that they were made for each other

She Is: A full time mother

He Is: A professional footballer (soccer player) for the UK 's Premier League

What Makes Their Wedding Different:   2 cocktail hours, one before ceremony and one after. Plus an Asian themed after party that will have their guests lounging on couches and sipping espresso martinis.
